About CUPIC: Organization

Director
This position has a five-year term and is responsible for the day-to-day details of running the centre; however, the centre strives to fulfill the needs of its membership, using a bottom-up decision-making process which encourages all CUPIC members to take an active role in establishing the centre’s priorities.

Program Manager
The program manager assists the director in overseeing the centre's day-to-day operations, guaranteeing that all levels of the centre are provided with equitable service and maintaining a healthy and productive balance among all constituents.
